Master Bedroom
1 Queen Bed. The Master Bedroom with ensuite is on the 1st floor. This luxurious bedroom has high ceilings, TV, VCR, top quality towels, linens and duvet.
Living Room
1 Queen Hide-A-Bed/Sofa bed. This sofabed has a quality mattress for a good nights sleep.
Bedroom
2 Single/Twin Beds. This bedroom is on the top floor. It has two twin beds which can be put together to make a King. It has it's own bathroom with thick towels, shampoo and condtioner. The beds are extremly comfortable, with nice linens and duvets.
Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower and hair dryer.

Bathroom 2 has toilet, bathtub w/ jets, shower, hair dryer and one basin.
This unit has 2 great decks. The very large front deck has fabulous views to both mountains. The 2nd deck is very private on the 3rd floor, with its own hot tub, BBQ and patio furniture, and stunning views of Rainbow Mountain.

• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Right across from Marketplace where you can buy groceries, liquor, rent a video, or get a great coffee from Starbucks. The main village and lifts are a 5 to 10 minute walk or you can take the free shuttle right outside our door that runs every 5 to 10 minutes. Our guests are always complimenting us on our great location! • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Right across from Marketplace where you can buy groceries, liquor, rent a video, or get a great coffee from Starbucks. The main village is a 5 to 10 minute walk or you can take the free shuttle right outside our door that runs every 5 to 10 minutes. • The "Valley Trail" is just minutes away from the unit. Follow the trail signs to access 4 beautiful lakes in the area. If you are visiting during the summer months, there are lots of lake-side beaches. Lost Lake, Alta Lake, Green Lake, just to name a few, all have public beaches. You can access these lakes via the "Valley Trail". Please note that there are no lifeguards on duty at any time.
Payment Details
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior, there is no refund.

Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. • Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 10:00AM. • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals). • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00PM and 7:00AM. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
