There are washers and dryers in the building but not in this unit. There is also a swimming pool for the complex and three hot tubs in total each accommodating anywhere from 10 - 15 people.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit (equal to one night's rent) is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
Please contact owner within grace period and discuss cancellation and security deposit. Security deposit may vary with length of stay.personal cheques are acceptedin Canadian funds only.
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• No children are allowed under 7 years old.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
