Distances

• The Vancouver International Airport is approximately 2 1/2 hours away by car.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). The Whistler Jack Nicklaus golf course is 10 minutes away by car.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The unit is Ski-in/Ski-out!! (30 second walk to ski in/ski out trails) From our condo, you can ski (or walk) directly down to the Whistler Creek gondola via a short trail through the woods, which takes about one minute or less to ski. The Whistler Creek gondola connects you to the top of Whistler mt. From there, you can either ski Whistler mt. or take the new peak to peak gondola to Blackcomb mt., and ski Blackcomb. No shuttle is necessary.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 20 minute(s). A full grocery store with deli, a smaller 24 hour grocery store, restaurants, Starbuck's Coffee, Dusty's Pub, 2 ski rental shops, a B.C. Liquor Store, bank, and 2 video rental stores, are all within a 10 minute walk, or 2 minute drive, from the unit. Whistler Creek is located about 4 km. south of the main Whistler Village. There is a regular and quite reliable bus system that runs between Whistler Creek village and the main Village. It also connects Whistler Creek gondola with the Blackcomb base gondola.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is coarse sand. There is a dock. Several lakes with sandy beaches are within a 10 minute drive from the unit. Several of the lakes in Whistler have beaches for swimming and boating (no power watercraft allowed).

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 400 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 100) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - PayPal - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
The payment policy is flexible and should be discussed with the owners.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for children under the age of 8.
• Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 10:00AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00PM and 8:00AM.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
