Arrival Day

Guests may arrive on any day of the week.

Special Conditions

The individual making the reservation must be 24 years of age or older. We do not rent for graduation or stag groups. We do not accept greater then 6 unless approved in advance of booking. Excessive noise, common and private property damage, and disturbing the peace will result in immediate eviction. No monthly rental during the ski season.

The Glacier Lodge has just added a spa, for men or women. In addition, a Fitness Room , located just off the Front Lobby on the main floor has also been opened. • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Shops and restaurants adjacent to complex. It is a 5 minute walk to the center of the village.
• A beautiful lake is waiting for you less then 30 minutes away, by foot.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

All of the rent is required (60 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel 60 or more days prior, payments (less 100) are refunded - less than 60, no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
Small Booking fee of 5% will apply. If you change your initial booking [Not cancelling] a small fee of $50.00 will apply. It will have to be done at least 60 days prior to arrival, otherwise your initial booking will stand.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed and children under 3 years old stay free.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
