Smoking not allowed on decks or interior. The group must be age 24 or over unless comprised of a family with children. No Grad Weekends. Please note that stays of two nights in length will be subject to a $125 cleaning fee.

1 Queen Hide-A-Bed/Sofa bed. The living room sofabed is commercial quality, with an extra-thick queen mattress. All beds have down duvets.
Master Bedroom
1 Queen Bed. Bedrooms are totally private on separate floors - This main floor bedroom has a queen bed with down duvet.

2 Single/Twin Beds. This bedroom has 2 twins, or combine for king. Access to the rooftop deck and ensuite bathroom.
Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub w/ jets, shower and hair dryer.

The largest decks in Glacier's Reach! Two (2) large glass-walled private decks on the 2nd & 3rd floors. The second floor deck is off the living room and is a south facing mountain view spot filled with deck furniture and BBQ in the summer. The top floor deck features a 6 person hot tub and is entered from the top floor alcove, adjoining the bedroom. This deck is very secluded and faces north.
Watch the sun rise over Blackcomb and get a sweeping view of the village and mountains. This location is ideally situated to appreciate all the natural beauty. Nothing in the way of the view- see the ski runs from your deck! The marketplace area, with all the activity, can be viewed at a pleasant distance.
Exposure: Soak up that sunny day! The living room looks out to the village and mountains.

We own Unit ID numbers 25393, 45588, 85472, 29644, 29643 and 29642 - all in Glacier's Reach, within 30 yards of each other. Combined, they can accommodate 12 people. Some homes divide into 2 separate units as well (25393 and 45588). Unit sizes range from studio for 2, 1 bedroom for 4 or 2 bedroom for 6.

• There is a small regional airport in Pemberton, about 30 minute drive. Major airports are Vancouver (1 1/2-2 hour drive) or Seattle (4 1/2-5 hour drive) Vancouver ground transportation to Whistler includes frequent express bus, shuttle van, limo, taxi and rental cars
• Golf: can be reached by walking for 20 minute(s). There are five championship designer golf courses that have turned Whistler Resort into a golf mecca. Payment Details
20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit.
Policies
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - American Express Cancellation policy: Owner-direct portion paid at booking and First Night rent are non-refundable. From date of deposit to 60 days prior we can refund 90% of the fees for the remainder. At 60 days prior, only nights we are able to rebook are refundable, on the following scale, determined by the number of days left until your scheduled "in-date". Amount of the refund (Based on the total rebooked nights, less first night deposit): Cancellation date 59-50 days- 80% | 49-40 days- 70% | 39-30 days- 60% | 29-15 days- 50% | 15-7 days-40% | 6-1 days 30% | No refunds on cancellations notified on the in-date or later. Refunds are sent after your scheduled dates. *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. • Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 10:00AM. • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals). • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00PM and 7:00AM. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
