Payments and Policies

Payment Details

25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). For guests 25 years of age or younger a credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 1 nights rent) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card
Guest will pay for any property damage incurred while the guest is staying in the property even if the offender is being hosted by the guest. We are excluded from liability for personal bodily injury in our home, while in transit to, or while on resort property.

*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed and children under 13 years old stay free.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided every 5 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
