1 Double Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 2). SERTA SOFABED with a 7" mattress. This is a commercial grade top of the line sofa bed. No more lumpy sleeps and sore backs!

Master Bedroom

1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). Beautifully decorated master bedroom has its own TV/VCR unit that swings out from the wall above you. Large closet and dresser, 2 night tables, alarm radio and telephone.

Bathroom 1 has toilet, shower, hair dryer and one basin.

Faces North/East - views of Valley trail, forest and mountains. New 2010 Olympic Celebration Plaza can be seen from window seat

More Information

4 pair ski rack located in guest storage in unit. Wood laminate and/or tile floors in condo providing "allergy free" environment. ABSOLUTELY NO ski/snowboard boots or shoes on wood flooring. Seat in storage area provided for putting on boots. Floors will not tolerate moisture or gravel tracked in on outerwear.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

All of the rent is required (45 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 50) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer
Direct deposit available for US or CDN accounts. Cheques accepted in US, CDN or Pound Sterling. Money orders accepted in all currencies at current exchange rates. Wire charges and bank charges are the responsibility of the sender. Credit card payments thru pay pal - charge is 3%.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of mid stay clean only $50.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
