Our 3 level townhouse is in a peaceful location with great uninterrupted views.The house is perfectly laid out for an extended family or two families travelling together. The open living area is a great space for cooking, eating and relaxing. Access to the ski-lifts is a short walk or a two minute ride on the free shuttle bus which runs all day and most of the night. |

The kitchen has granite counters and stainless steel appliances, it is open to the rest of the living area and perfect for family meals or entertaining.

1 Queen Bed. The master bedroom is on the ground floor and has bathroom 1 ensuite. It is extremely spacious and has ample storage. There are TV and video in the room and a telephone point.

1 Queen Bed. Bedroom two is on the top floor with an ensuite shower room and a small covered balcony. It has a TV and video and telephone.

The living area has a large dining table which seats eight in comfort and there is a breakfast bar seating three more. This is a perfect unit for large groups or two families holidaying together.

Distances
• Vancouver airport is 2-2.5 hours away by car. The resort is serviced by Greyhound buses and SnowBus from Vancouver city centre and by Perimeter from the international airport.
• Golf: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The first fairway of the Chateau Whistler golf course is on your doorstep! There are also two other golf courses in Whistler. • Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). It is a ten minute walk to the Blackcomb base, there is also a free shuttle bus stops outside that takes less than five minutes to reach the gondola in Whistler. • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). There are a number of excellent restaurants and bars at Blackcomb base and also a small supermarket. A good selection of retail outlets are also available. A further 5 minutes walking or a ride on the free shuttle bus will get you to the main village. • Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is coarse sand. Lost Lake is closest to the unit there are also three other swimming lakes in the area and one where watersports are possible. There is a park and beach at lost lake a 5-10 minute walk from the unit. There is a small cafe/shop at the beach.
Payment Details
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 1,000 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. • Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 10:00AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request. • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals). • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
