The 3 Bedroom homes(Sleeps 6-8) includes: 1 King Bed 1 Queen Bed 2 Twins 1 Queen sofa sleeper in the family room All 3 bedroom homes have a minimum of 3 bathrooms. The 4 bedroom homes (Sleep 8-10).

Payment Details
The rent, required to complete the booking, is 25% (balance due 45 days in advance). A security deposit of $500 is required. If you cancel, your rent will be refunded if the unit is re-rented.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 10:00AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00PM and 7:00AM.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Housekeeping is provided every 8 days during a stay.
