These professionally decorated, completely furnished 3 and 4 bedroom townhomes are within walking distance of shopping, nightlife, and skiing. Maximum Occupants
During February 2010 rentals are Friday to Friday (7 night minimum)for weeks 2/12/10 and 2/19/10. Additional nights may be added before 2/12 and after 2/19. 8 persons

2 Single/Twin Beds. Attached balcony with sitting area for a nice relaxing drink to recover from a hard day of skiing!

1 Queen Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 2).

It takes 2 minutes to get to the base from this stop. • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). Although the walk to the transit is 2 minutes from the complex, the walk from the transit to the shops and dining is only 2 minutes. There is a regular shuttle services (every 5 minutes) throughout the resort which provides access to all activities, shopping and dining.
Payment Details
The rent, required to complete the booking, is 25% (balance due 45 days in advance). A security deposit of $500 is required. If you cancel, your rent will be refunded if the unit is re-rented.

• Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 10:00AM. • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals). • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00PM and 7:00AM. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
