Owners provide one full cleaning of the unit for stays of 10 days or over. Coin operated washers and dryers are located in the underground parking area. Common area has 2 internet kiosks for use of guests.

• It is approx. a 2-1/2 hours car/bus ride between Vancouver International airport and Whistler
• Golf: can be reached by walking for 20 minute(s). Shuttle bus leaves from in front of the complex to the Chateau Whistler golf course in less than five minutes. • Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Unit is a true ski-in/ski-out location. • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Once in Whistler you will not require a vehicle. Unit is approx. 5 minutes away from stores and restaurants, there is also a free shuttle bus leaving regularly from in front of the complex. • The nearest lake is Lost Lake, which is about a 20 minute walk. All other lakes in the area would require a car.
Payment Details
The rent, required to complete the booking, is 1 night (balance due 45 days in advance). There is no security deposit required. If you cancel 7 days prior to arrival, there is no refund. Initial deposit non-refundable.
