Payments and Policies

Payment Details

25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance).
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card
Guests authorize a credit card charge for missing items. All payments are non-refundable, unless booking can be replaced. Refunds or portions thereof will be refunded based on the number of nights rebooked & rebooked rate; refunds will be subject to a 4% cancellation fee. Travel insurance is recommended to protect yourself against any unexpected events involving your lodging, flights or vacation-related products. Failure to pay by due dates will result in automatic cancellation without a deposit refund. Guests can re-book dates if they are still available; deposit will not be re-charged. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to collect a $500 property damage deposit prior to arrival.
