Payments and Policies

Payment Details

25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed and children under the age of 12 years old stay free.
• Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 10:00AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00PM and 8:00AM.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Housekeeping is provided every 4 days during a stay.
