Spacious 1 bedroom suite with large bedroom and fabulous view. This comfortable suite has everything you need for a great vacation. It's an easy walk to Blackcomb or Whistler (7 to 12 minutes) and Lost Lake is directly behind the chalet where you can walk along the valley trail to the Park or Cross country ski in the winter. Tennis court is at the end of the block. Groceries, restaurants, and wine and beer store are a 5 minute walk. Chalet is nice and quiet and suite has a huge 2 person jacuzzi tub exclusive to the suite so you can enjoy a relaxing jacuzzi after a day on the slopes, or after mountain biking in the summer. Sunny hillside location. |

- Excellent microwave with a built-in toaster - Single hot-plate - Toaster oven - Griller for sandwiches - Rice cooker. This is a kitchenette only (with regular sized kitchen sink) with everything provided for convenience cooking.
Master Bedroom
1 Queen or 2 Singles Bed (sleeps 2). Large newly tiled bedroom with two bureaus, two night tables, and a large closet. For long term stay of 2 single people we can set up a single and a double bed instead of the queen (please request well in advance) .
Living Room
1 Double Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 2).
Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub w/ jets, hair dryer and one basin.

Fabulous view of Rainbow and Sproat Mountains and a great view of Whistler from the driveway as the mountain is very close.
More Information
Air conditioning is not necessary as this suite is located in a well built chalet so it is cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Upon request you can use the washer and dryer in the main chalet laundry room.

• 3 hour drive to Vancouver International Airport (YVR) and a 10 minute drive to the train station which goes to North Vancouver (south).
• Golf: can be reached by walking for 20 minute(s). Chateau Whistler is a 10 minute walk or the Whistler Golf Club is a 20 minute walk or you can drive to Pemberton to Big Sky or Pemberton Valley Clubs in 25 minutes. Squamish Golf and Country Club is 45 minutes south of Whistler. • Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walking for 20 minute(s). It's a 7 minute walk to the Blackcomb Wizard Express or a 10 to 12 minute walk to the Excalibur and Whistler Gondola. Or, if you are really lazy, the bus stop is 2 minutes away or a cab ride is about 6 dollars (CAD). • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). You won't need a car here. Everything is within walking distance from popular White Gold Estates where the suite is located. • Lost Lake is 1/2 hour flat easy walk along the valley trail which is a pedestrian walkway or you can ride bikes. The Chalet borders on Lost Lake Park land. There is a nice paving stone patio directly in front of the unit for spring and summer enjoyment. Lost Lake is a refreshing place to swim in the summer. The water is cool but in August it is really refreshing. There is a great floating dock which kids like and it is safe for kids and has a perfect sandy beach for making sand castles. Canoes and kayaks are permitted. The lake is too small for wind-surfing.
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel 45 or more days prior, payments are refunded.

Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer Wiring instructions given upon booking. Payment schedule varies depending on number of nights booked. *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed and children under the age of 6 years old stay free. • Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 10:00AM. • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals). • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00PM and 7:00AM. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
