Payments and Policies
Payment Details
The rent, required to complete the booking, is 1 night (balance due 45 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security deposit. If you cancel less than 45 days prior to arrival, no refund. Discuss other refunds with Owner.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
