We do not rent for graduation or stag groups.
We do not accept greater then 7 unless approved in advance of booking.
Excessive noise, common and private property damage, and disturbing the peace will result in immediate eviction.

Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Very close walk (5 minute walk through the Village) from your door step.
Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). It is ALL at your door step!
• Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is coarse sand. Within approximately 15 minute walk is Lost Lake (park, beach, swimming, BBQs, etc...).
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 10%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card
Damage deposit is taken at check-in, and we hold the damage deposit on the guest's credit card until check out.
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided every 6 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of discuss with owner.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
