Payments and Policies
Payment Details
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, there is no refund.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided with a deposit/fee of: upon request.
• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $75.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
