Additional housekeeping is available for a nominal fee and must be pre-arranged. * Most properties only have one free designated parking stall. Most parking is underground and therefore subject to height restrictions. Please note that Whistler Retreats does not provide additional parking stalls or overheight parking options if your vehicle does not fit in underground garages. * In order to book Whistler Retreats' properties, guests must be at least 25 years of age. For small groups, the cardholder and the majority of the group must be over the age of 25 (not applicable to families with children). * WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY BIRTHDAY AND STAG/BACHELOR/BACHELORETTE PARTIES, OR HIGH SCHOOL/COLLEGE GRADUATION BOOKINGS, REGARDLESS OF AGE.

1 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, there is no refund.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed and children under 12 years old stay free.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $100/day.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
