ANYTHING THAT WE MAY HELP YOU WITH. This Whistler gem is one of the best all seasons retreat you can possibly dream of as it is surrounded by pristine vistas. The sun deck, games room with pool table, gourmet BBQ and the bubble air jetted tub will do the trick after a long day of outdoor activities! The Valley Trail and Green Lake are steps from the property. There is a caretaker suite located in a different part of the property, underneath the main house, and is completely separate from the five bedroom vacation rental, you may be reassured you will not even realize there is a caretaker suite!

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, payments are refunded if re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Email Money Transfer
Owner will provide currency conversion for international guests.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A fee of $150.00 Cleaning fee will apply.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 12:00 AM and 10:00 AM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $150.00.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
