We like our home a lot! We have equipped it really well and our guests can enjoy as many comforts of home as possible. The condo is located in a small and quiet complex.

• Transit: can be reached by driving less than 1 minute away. Type of transit is Bus. Our condo is walking distance to everything. You can take the free shuttle bus from across the street to get to the base of the mountains. It runs every 15 minutes.

• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walk and transit in 5 minute(s). Whistler is the land of pro-athletes Olympic Skiers and snowboarders, and revolutionary mountain bikers. But you do not have to be a superstar to fit in here. There is some kind of activity to be enjoyed regardless of fitness level. The point is to get out and enjoy it.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 25) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 50.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
