Special Conditions

Please report property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous guests to us immediately, by phone or by email as they become evident. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification.
Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.

• Security Safe / Locked Storage Provided. In the lobby is a separate ski storage room accessed via the common key. Using a lock(called a "ski Key")you can securely lock your skis in the racks provided. Ski key locks are available at the ski shop across the street from the Lake Placid Lodge.

Bed Summary

Bedroom

1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). A warm comfortable bedroom complete with a full closet, bureau and night table. Two reading lamps are included along with a clock radio.

Living Room

1 Double Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 2). The sofa bed is made up with linen. The bedroom closet has a good supply of pillows and blankets for the sofa bed.

Bathrooms

Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and one basin.

The suite offers a quiet location with views into the courtyard.

More Information

Age Policy * In order to book , guests must be at least 25 years of age. For small groups, the cardholder and the majority of the group must be over the age of 25 (not applicable to families with children). We do not accept any high school/college graduation bookings, regardless of age. All parties, including birthday and stag/bachelor/bachelorette parties, are stictly prohibited and will result in cancellation and full forfeiture of any monies paid. Any in house parties will result in immediate eviction and fines.

• Transit: can be reached by walking for 1 minute(s). Type of transit is Bus. Across the street from the Lake Placid Lodge is the main Creekside bus stop. Buses run approximately every 15 minutes to and from the village. At the same location is the bus loop for the Vancouver buses.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walking for 1 minute(s). From the lobby it's a one minute walk to the Creekside gondola plaza, site of the downhill finish for the 2010 Olympics. The plaza offers ticket sales, a ski school information counter, ski scamps(children's ski school), ski rentals and Whistler's best apres, Dusty's.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 1 minute(s). Across the street is Franz's trail, Creekside's new shopping/dining area. You'll find restaurants, Starbucks,a liquor store,a grocery store, an ATM machine,an internet cafe and a full service ski shop.
• Nearby Attractions: Creekside's gondola plaza offers ski rentals, skier services(lessons, information,etc.)and Dusty's,Whistler's best apres spot. The plaza is a one minute walk to the Lake Placid Lodge.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 30%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash - Email Money Transfer

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $35.00/day.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
