Any vehicles incorrectly parked may be towed at the owner's expense. Parking on the turning circle is only permitted during loading and unloading. The townhouse entry is just steps from this 5 minute parking area, and is therefore convenient and wheelchair accessible.

The townhouse includes a full kitchen with up-to-date appliances: full size stove/oven and refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and garburator. Small appliances include: coffee maker, electric kettle and toaster. The kitchen is well supplied with matching dishes, glassware, silverware, serving dishes, cooking utensils and pots and pans. A welcoming coffee and tea assortment is provided, and a selection of spices, salt and pepper and sugar is available for your convenience.

1 Queen Bed. A comfortable queen bed with fluffy duvet. Country pine furniture, TV and ample drawers and closet space.

Living Room

1 Queen Hide-A-Bed/Sofa bed. A comfortable sofa bed in a spacious living room. Occupants have their own closet and bedside table with drawers. The gas fireplace adds ambience to this room.

Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub w/ jets, shower, hair dryer and one basin.

This unit has a north westerly aspect with a view towards Mt. Currie and Rainbow Mountain.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card
Policies: 25% of the total booking will be charged as a non-refundable deposit. This non-refundable deposit will be increased to 50% forty-five days prior to your arrival. The balance is due 14 days in advance, and check-in information will be sent 7 days prior to the arrival date. Cancellation within the 14 day period will result in full payment forfeiture. Damage: Any property damage (beyond normal wear and tear - at the owners' discretion), AND fines resulting from excessive noise security infringements or will be charged to your credit card. We will not be responsible for injury or accidents, for theft or loss of valuables, or for delay incurred, whether negligent or not, to yourself or any member of the group.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided with a deposit/fee of: $25 per item per week.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
