    Payment Details
    The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A refundable security/damage deposit (amount to be discussed with the owner) is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Travelers Cheques
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • Dogs and Cats are allowed under 40lbs (14kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of 250 will apply.
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $30 each time.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
