This vacation home has complimentary internet, free parking and two decks with a private hot tub just off the bedroom on a very secluded upper covered deck with mountain views. The living space is on the 2nd and 3rd level of a 3 level building. Special features include a private hot tub, PlayStation 2 / DVD player and a 24 inch TV. The bedding consists of a queen bed and a queen sofa bed. This Whistler accommodation sleeps a maximum of four guests but two is recommended.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
The rent, required to complete the booking, is 1 night (balance due 30 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security deposit. If you cancel 60 days prior to arrival, your rent will be refunded less a $50 handling fee.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 10:00AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00PM and 8:00AM.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Housekeeping is provided daily during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate may be provided.
