Bright 4th floor condo with deck overlooking the base of the Wizard Chair, Blackcomb Base, Whistler and the top of Blackcomb, etc. Fabulous view unit right beside the ski slope.
Recent upgrades include HDTV, granite counters, carpet and tiled entry way, stainless appliances, new cupboards, etc. It has a very large deck. King bed can be made into 2 twins. Spacious bedroom. Only Aspens unit with washer and dryer in unit. Aspens is one of the most popular properties in Whistler with ski in, ski out access, pool, 2 hot tubs and free valet ski service.

Great view of Whistler Mountain and you can see the top of Blackcomb as well. Situated right beside the ski slope so you see skiers coming by your deck. You can also see wildlife such as bear and deer from time to time.

Recently upgraded unit with granite counters in kitchen and bathrooms, new cabinets, stainless appliances, new furniture, table, chairs, HDTV, dvd, fireplace, etc.All with a superb view. One of the best units in the Aspens. Great location AT the base of Blackcomb Mountain and a short walk to the village. Also close to the Chateau Whistler golf course, Lost Lake, hiking and biking trails, etc.. Many restaurants close by. Free shuttle service to the golf course and village running 20+hours per day and every 6-10 minutes. Wildlife viewing close by.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
1 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, payments are refunded if re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - American Express - Discover Card - Diners Club
During the summer season, (May 1st to Nov 15th), the remaining balance will be taken 30 days prior to arrival.
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Play Pen can be provided with a deposit/fee of: 25.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
