Owner has very strict policy on age. All Guests must be over the age of 25. The only exception is if there is a parent over the age of 25 with a younger group.

Payment Details

20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, payments are refunded if re-rented.

25% DOWN PAYMENT DUE AT TIME OF RESERVATION 75% FINAL PAYMENT DUE 45 DAYS BEFORE DATE OF ARRIVAL $500.00 DAMAGE DEPOSIT DUE 45 DAYS BEFORE DATE OF ARRIVAL. PLUS, WE WILL HAVE A CREDIT CARD ON FILE TO GUARANTY AGAINST DAMAGES IN EXCESS OF $500.00. CANCELLATION POLICY: Over 120 days PRIOR to Arrival Date: Forfeiture of 1st Night's Rental Fees Over 45 days PRIOR to Arrival Date: Forfeiture of initial down payment Less than 45 days PRIOR Arrival: Guest will forfeit 100% of rental fees

• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
