20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, payments are refunded if re-rented.

PLUS, WE WILL HAVE A CREDIT CARD ON FILE TO GUARANTY AGAINST DAMAGES IN EXCESS OF $500.00. CANCELLATION POLICY: Over 120 days PRIOR to Arrival Date: Forfeiture of 1st Night's Rental Fees Over 45 days PRIOR to Arrival Date: Forfeiture of initial down payment Less than 45 days PRIOR Arrival: Guest will forfeit 100% of rental fees *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
