Beautiful Blackcomb Greens 2 bedroom townhouse Enjoy our warm and spacious townhouse in Blackcomb Greens, one of the most desirable complexes in Whistler. Our unit is right on the Valley Trail and the Chateau Whistler Golf Course. We have a large patio which looks out onto the 1st Fairway and beyond that are the mountains. In the living room is a river rock surrounded wood burning fireplace and vaulted ceilings. Log and pine accents enhance the decor along with radiant floor heat ceramic tiles in the kitchen and bathrooms. This is a fantastic spot for families or people wanting a quiet environment that is close to absolutely everything. |

1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2), 1 Twin Lower Bunk Bed (sleeps 1) and 1 Twin Upper Bunk Bed (sleeps 1). This room is very large and has an ensuite bathroom with laundry and closet. Can easily accommodate a family.
Living Room
1 Queen Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 2). Living room has a very comfortable sofa bed that can accomodate 2 more people.
Bathroom 1 is an en suite and has toilet, shower, hair dryer and one basin.

• Transit: can be reached by driving less than 1 minute away. Type of transit is Bus. There is a free shuttle bus which stops just outside our complex and takes you to the village and the base of both mountains. • Golf: The unit is located on Chateau Whistler. • Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walking for 10 minute(s). You can walk to the base of Blackcomb in about 10 minutes or you can take the free shuttle which runs regularly or if you prefer to drive it will take you just a few minutes to reach Blackcomb or Whistler. (They are side by side.) • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 10 minute(s). Everything is very close for walking, driving or the free shuttle. • Lake is located within a 10 minute(s) walk. • Nearby Attractions: Tennis, swimming, mountain biking, cross country or downhill skiing, hiking - you name it. Our unit is on the Valley Trail which pretty well connects everything in Whistler.
Payment Details
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

Owner accepts payments by: PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash - Email Money Transfer *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request. • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals). • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. • Maid Service is provided every 8 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 100. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. |
