Don't forget the hundreds of miles of snowmobile trails available strait out of the parking lot.Summer activities include a world class Golf course and water activities on Weber Lake - all just outside your condo door!

Wooded hills, picturesque lakes and streams, waterfalls, J. W. Toumey Nursery, Black River Harbor, North Country National Scenic Trail, Watersmeet Visitor Center and Sylvania, Sturgeon River Gorge, and McCormick Wildernesses are all part of this 953, 600-acre forest. Fishing for trout, muskie, northern pike, walleye, bass, and panfish; swimming, canoeing, boat landing; hunting for big and small game, hiking, cross-country and downhill skiing, picnicking, camping. (Daily) The Gogebic Iron Range, stretching from Lake Namekagon east 80 miles to Bessemer, Michigan is known for two things: iron ore and waterfalls. This 80-mile drive takes you bushwhacking through the Iron Range in search of 10 waterfalls (some of them quite removed from civilization) and Iron County's mining history. There are quite a few unpaved roads on this route and they're not well marked, either, so keep your wits about you. Special attractions: Copper Falls State Park, Oglebay Norton Mining Company Town, wildlife watching, hiking, fishing, camping, skiing, snowmobiling.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 100) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
Owner prefers a $400 deposit to hold the reservation due at time of booking.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 12:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 5:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided every 3 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $40.00 a day.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
