    Payment Details
    All of the rent is required (30 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 4:00 PM.
    • Dogs are allowed.
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00PM and 7:00AM.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
