The villa was constructed to afford guests views of the beautiful Caribbean sea and its white powdered sandy beaches, and also some of the most dazzling sunsets from every room. A tropical paradise the grounds are well tended and is abundant with exotic flowering plants trees and birds.

    Breathtaking view of the south coast of Jamaica, the turquoise waters of the Caribbean sea, and its sugar white sand beaches are also visible looking to the south. One of the most pleasurable past times of guests is to gather around on the pool deck to view some of the most spectacular sunsets viewed anywhere in the world. One can be treated to a bird's eye view of the bay with swimmers, scuba divers, sailboats, catamarans, motorized pleasure boats, and fishing boats meandering around the bay. To the north the central backbone of the mountains covered with lush tropical foliage is visible.

    • Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). The Negril Hills Golf Course is the closest, it is approx. 50 minutes to an hour away.
    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). There are supermarkets and gift shops in the town of Whitehouse. There are also several nearby seaside restaurants used by locals and tourists.
    • Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. Several beaches are on the property at the foot of the hill. There is a private beach, which is being sanded and upgraded. There are also several other public beach areas on the property. The beach area beside Sandals Whitehouse European Village and Spa can be used. There are also several private beaches nearby.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 350 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, payments (less 300) are refunded if re-rented.

    • Smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed and children under the age of 6 years old stay free.
    • Check in after 7:00PM and check out before 12:00PM.
    • Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit/fee of 5.00/pet/day will apply.
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Housekeeping is provided daily during a stay.
