Located within the Tropical Sunshine private gated estate on the South Coast with shops, restaurants, bars, supermarkets and a large fish market. The swimming pool is within the villa giving complete privacy. The villa faces South West over looking the ocean. Sitting by the pool with a cold drink, watching the sun go down is my idea of heaven.

• Montego Bay airport is just under 40 miles.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). The nearest public golf course is near Negril about 30 miles from the villa.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). The centre of Whitehouse is about 1 mile to the east and the busy market town of Sannana La Mar is about 15 miles to the west.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. The coast near the villa has both public and private beaches
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - PayPal - Western Union
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• Smoking is allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
