Panoramic views over Parkers Bay and the new Sandals complex, with magnificent sunsets. Located within the Tropical Sunshine private gated estate on the South Coast with shops, restaurants, bars, supermarkets and a large fish market. The swimming pool is within the villa giving complete privacy.     The villa faces South West over looking the ocean. Sitting by the pool with a cold drink, watching the sun go down is my idea of heaven.

    • Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). The nearest public golf course is near Negril about 30 miles from the villa.
    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). The centre of Whitehouse is about 1 mile to the east and the busy market town of Sannana La Mar is about 15 miles to the west.
    • Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. The coast near the villa has both public and private beaches
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - PayPal - Western Union
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • Smoking is allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
