What you see in the pictures is all for you, three separate buildings surrounding the pool to catch the Caribbean breeze and create a beautiful setting. The South Coast is the place for a relaxing vacation, staying here is like "Old Jamaica" with no higglers to bother you. This Villa is an ideal arrangement with privacy and plenty of room for everyone. Maid service is included in the rental fee.

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, payments (less 300) are refunded if re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Western Union - Travelers Cheques

    Policies
    • Smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • Dogs and Cats are allowed.
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
    • Maid Service is provided daily during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
