This luxury Townhouse rental is situated on the SW shore in a waterfront gated community with views of the Safe and Beautiful White Lake. It is a beautifully decorated luxury 3 bed 2.5 bath-roomed townhouse on 3 stories which was newly completed in March 2007. With private beach area leading onto a long pier with two covered areas. This all overlooks the clear waters of the lake fed from underground springs. The white sandy beaches are doted with beautiful cypress trees with Spanish moss hanging off the limbs. If you want a Luxury vacation at the water then this is the rental for you.

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    10% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 7 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 50) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 21 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Discover Card - Diners Club - Email Money Transfer - Western Union
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
