Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport is the closest major international airport, and it is located about 65 miles or 1 hour and 15 minutes by car. Wickenburg does have it's own small airport for private plane service, located about 10 minutes driving distance away.
Golf: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). There are several golf courses located around the town of Wickenburg, all within a 5 to 10 minute drive.
Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 90 minute(s). Arizona Snow Bowl in Flagstaff is the nearest ski area (about 2 1/2 hours or 160 miles away).
Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). This condo is located in the heart of Wickenburg. There is a Bashas Shopping center adjacent to the condos, about a 2-minute walk away. There are also many other shops, restaurants, theater, museums, etc. located within easy walking distance (about 10-15 minutes), and more within a 5-10 minute drive.
Lake Pleasant Regional Park with boating, fishing, and recreational swimming is about a 45-minute drive away.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

All of the rent is required (45 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, payments are refunded if re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Travelers Cheques

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed.
Check in after 3:00PM and check out before 10:00AM.
No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Housekeeping is provided daily during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate may be provided.
