1 King Bed (sleeps 2). Large, lovely bedroom with walk-in closet. A comfortable King sized bed makes sleeping a dream. Fresh linen gives you the comforts of home. Sliding doors lead to private patio. Room equipped with 2 end tables and dresser. There is a lounge chair and a color t-v for your viewing pleasure. There are other amenities that are provided in order to make your stay more pleasant.

Arrowhead mall and a wide array of shopping strips are 1 hour away if you drive.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
All of the rent is required (15 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required. If you cancel less than 7 days prior, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• No children are allowed under 18 years old.
• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
