Payments and Policies

Payment Details

The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. You will receive a 100% credit on a future booking if you cancel 30 or more days prior.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 10 or more days prior to arrival) - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash - Email Money Transfer - Travelers Cheques
We are very flexible Nov- May and often offer bonus free time!! Nov-April: (Week Sat 3pm - Sat 10am $1000)(Midweek Sun 4pm - Fri 2pm $500) (Weekend Fri 5pm - Sun 2pm $600 - often extend @ N/C if not rented). May-June 15, Sept-Oct: Week-$1500, Midweek-$800, Weekend-$800. June 16-Labour Day: Week-$2500 Sat-Sat,$2100 Sun 4PM - Sat 10am. We are taking bookings through Dec'10. A $250 Deposit to hold dates (and act as Security Deposit) is totally refundable up to 6 weeks before stay at which time the full rental is due. The deposit will be returned within 2 weeks after departure, if the property is left in good condition.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib, High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided.
• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• Dogs and Cats are allowed.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
