Arrival Day

Guests may arrive on any day of the week.

Special Conditions

Guests must be a minimum of 30 years old unless accompanied by a family group. Rates are based on a max occupancy of 15 people, made up of 8 adults and a max of 7 children (12yrs and under). If the total occupancy does not exceed 15, additional adults can be added at $50/person/night, with owner approval. There is min stay of 3 nights, and an additional charge to the posted rates of $50/night for long weekends.

Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower and one basin.

View

From the varanda out front there is an unobstructed view west of snow capped Mount Nelson, and the glacier in the distance. The view is to the east at the back of the property, sitting around the firepit you can see Mount Swansea, beautifully lit by the sunset from the west.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 10%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer
Email money transfers from on-line banking is our preferred method of payment. We also readily accept Pay Pal, certified cheques/bank drafts, and on occasion personal checks sent by courier.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $100.00.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
