Vacation house is on 0.6 acre waterfront Lake Windermere and steps away to public Tretheway beach. House also has views of Purcell Mountains.

• The unit is Lake front. Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Steps away from Tretheway Beach, Windermere and a short drive to Invermere. Beach Equipment: Rentals Nearby and Row Boat.
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 250) are refunded if unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 14 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Direct Bank Deposit - Email Money Transfer

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Pool heat is included in rates.
