Payments and Policies

Payment Details

25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 10 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel within 48 hours of booking, all payments are refunded. Otherwise, all are forfeited.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 7 or more days prior to arrival) - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer

*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Play Pen can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 1 Dog is allowed under 40lbs (14kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of 100 will apply.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
