This Indian Beach Estates, 5 bedroom Waterfront Home located in Windermere comes fully equipped with full kitchen with microwave dishwasher, dishes, and all utensils, gas BBQ, firepit, washer/dryer, wood fireplace, bed linens, pillows and bath towels, cable Tv, DVD, CD. Open plan kitchen/dining room over looking the sunken living room. The upper wraparound deck overlooks the waterfront and offers an unobstructed "Best view on Lake Windermere" of the Rocky and Purcell Mountain ranges.
Indian Beach Estates has its own private sandy beach, playground, and volleyball/tennis courts. A buoy is provided to moor your boat. the property extends one third of the way down a 60' slope to the community beach with 2 community pathways to access the beach with an enclosed swim area, raft and waterslide. World class Panorama Mountain Village is just minutes away where you will experience some of the best downhill and snowboarding around. Kimberley and Kicking Horse Ski Resorts are all with-in a one hour drive from the house.
