There is a second kitchen on the lower level that is fully equipped with a large bar fridge. This kitchen has a sit up breakfast Bar/Eating area for 5 persons. Range top cooking surface no oven. Standard propane BBQ on lower deck as well as upper deck is equipped with patio furniture and a gas BBQ.

Open beam ceilings up, and lower level has 9 foot ceilings with large walk-out decks off living room and lower family room. One bedroom on Main Level has 3 single beds. A total of 8 beds in home; sleeps 13. Beautiful furnishings and the latest in appliances.
Linens and towels supplied for all occupants; but we ask that you bring your own beach towels. One parking pass and gate remote is provided for the Marina, Boat launch and beach area.

Payment Details
1 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 600 is required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited except your security/damage deposit.

Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 10 or more days prior to arrival) - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Travelers Cheques **There is an additional Cleaning Check List that must be completed prior to checkout. If this is not done prior to checkout, there is an additional $150 fee that will be charged for cleaning. There is also a Private Beach Boat Launch access pass and parking pass that must be turned in at check out. *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
