The unit is fully equipped with the finest in furnishings,linens and appliances. 10' high ceilings. Walk out onto stone and brick patio. Outside patio has patio furniture and BBQ.

• Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Golf courses abound in this valley and you can golf on courses just minutes away or drive half hour in either direction and try out a different course every day of the week!
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). 25 minutes to Panorama or Golden 1.5 hours to the north, Kimberely to the south 1 hour. Fairmont Ski Hill and Hot Springs, just 20 min away.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Many shops and restaurants within 5 minutes up to 30 min drive.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is coarse sand. There is a dock. Keyed and gated beach access right in the community: there is a boat launch and beach area, as well as a parking pass and gate remote to enter the private beach area There is a gated and keyed beach access for the community. There is a deposit for the key.

Payment Details

1 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited except your security/damage deposit.

****There is an additional Cleaning Check List that must be completed prior to checkout. If this is not done prior to checkout, there is an additional $150 fee that will be charged for cleaning.
