This unit is located in the Toby block near the tennis courts. The main deck is off of living room and second deck is off of master bedroom. Patio furniture for main deck supplied. There is a local caretaker available to handle any problems that may arise.

The Fairmont and Radium golf courses as well as Greywolf at Panorama are a 20 minute drive from the condo. The Windermere and Eagle Ranch golf courses are a 10 minute drive by car from the condo.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Panorama Mountain Village and Fairmont Ski Resorts are a 20 minute drive from the condo. Kimberley and Kicking Horse (at Golden) Ski Resorts are a 1 hour drive and Lake Louise and Fernie Ski Resorts are a 2 hour drive by car from the condo.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). A convenience store, gas bar and restaurant are less than a 10 minute walk from the condo. Other variety, grocery, hardware,liquor and drug stores are a 10 minute drive by car to Invermere.There is many restaurants, snackbars, and fine dining with-in a 10 minute drive, also at Invermere and surrounding areas. A movie theatre is located in Invermere as well as many night spots for your enjoyment.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is fine sand. There is a dock. The Windermere Lake and sandy beach is less than a 5 minute walk from the condo. Other beaches in area include the Kinsman Beach and John Chabot Provincial Park at Invermere. The Columbia Lake is a short 20 minute drive from the condo. Visit the world renowned Fairmont and Radium Hot Springs for a relaxing swim in the odorless natural hot pools. The beautiful sandy beach is less than a 5 minute walk from the condo as well as the rec centre with indoor pool, hot tub, squash court and games room.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel 60 or more days prior, payments (less 100) are refunded - less than 60, no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
We will refund all prior payments, if you cancel more than 60 days in advance, less $100.00, if the unit can be re-rented.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
