It boasts with huge windows, vaulted ceiling following a large wrap around deck, nestled on a half acre lot surrounded by whispering pine trees and charming wildlife. This cottage contains new furnishings throughout (2004). Fire pit is available for those midsummer nights marshmallow roasts – and inside, a roaring fireplace for cold winter nights. Summer time fun includes a trampoline with protective netting for kids of all ages. Beautiful view of the mountains where the trees break through, and a wonderful beach access with playground and boat launch. This is a private beach and available to tenants of Timber Ridge only. Remote control provided for gate entry to beach.

• Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). There are 4 golf course(s) nearby. Windemere has an 18 hole Executive course as well as Championship golf courses at Invermere, Panorama, Radium Hot Springs, Fairmont Hot Springs resort.
Copper Point recently opened in 2003 which is a 10 minute drive from Timber Ridge III. Eagle Ranch is approximately 15 minutes from the cottage and boasts some of the finest golfing in the area.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 30 minute(s). Panorama ski resort is only 25km away. Kicking Horse ski resort in Golden is north and approximately a 1.5 hour drive. Kimberley Ski Resort is a 1 hour drive to the south. • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 10 minute(s). Timber Ridge III is approx. a 10 min drive to downtown Invermere. • Lake is located within a 4 minute(s) drive. Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is coarse sand. There is a dock and boat lift. You can walk to beach in 15 minutes. Or drive to the beach in 5 minutes. Trails to the beach are kitty-corner to the unit. There is a dock. There is a keylock for the gate to beach access. Must pay a deposit for the key usage. The beach is private to Timber Ridge I, II and III and the access road is within the subdivision itself. Requires a pass and remote for the gate, which the owner will provide. • Nearby Attractions: Beach Access is complete with Volleyball Court. Water Slide and Water TRampoline. Boat Docks and Fishing. Playground and BBQ pits, just bring your propane cartridge. No concessions but snack boat frequents by all summer.
Payment Details
2 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited except your security/damage deposit.
Policies
Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash Security/damage deposit of $500 is entirely refundable and returned to you within 10days of vacating premises provided that the unit and contents are in tact and damage free. Standard cleaning fee is included with fee for checkout cleaning. BBQ and Oven are not included for cleaning by a service, and tenants are responsible to see that they are cleaned prior to vacating. This deposit covers your remote control entry for the beach and passes, and also any damages to house and property assessed by owners after departure. Upon entry a checklist will be provided to the guest. it is required that the guest go over the check list for any discrepancies. Owners accept payment by bank draft, money order or cash only. *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. • Check in after 5:00 PM and check out before 2:00 PM. • Dogs and Cats are allowed under 15lbs (7kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 12:00 AM and 8:00 AM. • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. |
