Payments and Policies

Payment Details

All of the rent is required (30 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, payments (less 300) are refunded if re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 5:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
