More Information

Washer/Dryer facilities are located in the rec centre. A full size gas barbecue is located on the cedar deck with patio furniture provided. New blinds in living-room, and bedroom as well as new lino and carpet through-out. All new interior lighting and lamps. There is a local caretaker available to handle any problems that may arise. Boat slips are available to rent out to Tenant's for watercraft.

• Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). The Windermere Valley is known worldwide as a golfers playground with a wide variety of (12) golf courses to challenge players of all levels.The Fairmont and Radium Golf courses, as well as Greywolf at Panorama, are a 20 minute drive from the condo. The Windermere Valley Family, 18 hole golf course is a 5 minute drive from the condo as well as the new in 2003, the challenging Copperpoint Golf Course.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). World renowned Panorama Mountain Village or Fairmont Ski Resort is a 20 minute drive from the condo. Kimberley or Kicking Horse (at Golden) Ski Resorts are also located a 1 hour drive from the condo. Lake Louise, Sunshine Village and Fernie Ski Resorts, are all with-in a 2 hour drive from the condo
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 20 minute(s). A convenience store, gas bar and restaurant are just minutes away from the condo. Major shopping for groceries, hardware, variety and drug stores and other restaurants are a 10 minute drive to Invermere.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. There is a dock and moorage float/anchor. Walk to Windermere Lake and beach in less than 5 minutes or take a relaxing swim in the odourless natural hot springs at Fairmont or Radium. Boat moorage can be rented from the Akiskinook Resort. Boat and seadoo rentals are available from Pete's Marina.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel 60 or more days prior, payments (less 100) are refunded - less than 60, no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 31 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer - Travelers Cheques
We will refund all prior payments if you cancel more than 60 days in advance, less $100.00, if the unit can be re-rented.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A fee of $100.00 will apply.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $100.00.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
