The grounds are covered with thick grass and large pines; you are surrounded by views of the fabulous Canadian Rocky Mountains! The condominiums are set back on a large grassy play/lounging area with many mature shading trees.

More Information

All linens and towels provided. Many acres of resort atmosphere (located 4.5 kilometers south from the Invermere turn off) on a hill top overlooking Lake Windermere, with only a short stroll or drive to the private beach. The playground area includes: 2 tennis courts, a basketball hoop, playground equipment. Recreation Centre includes: pool, hot tub, sauna, ping pong table, foos ball game and a sundeck. It has its own launch pad, marina, docks and the condominiums are set back on large grassy play/lounging areas.

• Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Greywolfe Golf Course, Riverside Golf Resort at Fairmont, Bootleg Gap, Trickle Creek in Kimberly, St. Eugene Golf Resort, Spur Valley Greens, Cranbrook Golf Club, Golden Golf and Country Club, Windermere Valley Golf Course, Eagle Ranch Golf and much much more.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Downhill skiing at fabulous Panorama Resort.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 20 minute(s). It is less than 10 minutes to Invermere townsite, groceries, sidewalk shops, restaurants and much more to come see. Very central to all the Valley's recreation activities.
• Beach surface is coarse sand. There is a dock and moorage float/anchor. Akiskinook Resort is set in the Canadian Rocky Mountains and beautiful Lake Windermere. With only a short stroll or drive to the private beach, it has its own launch pad, marina and docks. Just a short walk to the beach.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

1 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. You will receive a 100% credit on a future booking if you cancel 30 or more days prior.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
