The kitchen is well equipped with new dishes and cutlery for 8. There are extra dishes available. We also supply basic condiments such as oils, vinegar, sugar, flour, etc.

View

The view from the house overlooks Okanagan Lake. You can see Westside road and the mountains in the background. To the south, you can see all the way down the lake to the bridge in Kelowna. At night, you can see the lights on the bridge.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 7 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 400 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit
*For last minute and rock bottom specials, payment is due in full and there is no refund on cancellations*

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 1 Dog is allowed under 40lbs (14kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of 100.00 will apply. A fee of 15.00/day will apply.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 4 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
