    There are five bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a commercial-grade kitchen, commercial grade laundry facilities, and a gas barbeque just outside the deck. Liquid Plasma television with DTS five channel surround sound built into the construction, tempur-pedic mattress in the master bedroom, tub and shower in the master bedroom with a soft tub on a covered private deck, high-speed internet (WI-FI) and much more.

    • Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is coarse sand. There is a dock. The property is on a hill across a narrow road, about a one minute walk to the water on a private road (only 6 houses on it) and you are at beach.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 20%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Discover Card - Diners Club
    All payments are forfeited if the unit is not re-rented.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
    • Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A fee of $50 + $10/pet/day (Max $300) will apply.
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
