The unit has an amazing 180 degree view of lake Okanagan and local vineyards. It will be hard to find a better view than this.

There is room for 1 boats. Rent a motor boat 5 minutes from the suite and tour Wood and Kalamalka Lakes. Water ski or just putter along and enjoy the landscape and turquoise water.
• Nearby Attractions: Gray Monk Winery is a 3 minute drive from the suite. Enjoy wine tasting, a tour or an amazing meal on the patio overlooking Okanagan Lake.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 20%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash - Travelers Cheques
The security deposit is due a the time of booking. The damage deposit is held to pay for any damage that occurs during your stay. Further the guests are required to leave the the unit in a reasonable state of cleanliness. A minimum $30 cleaning charge will be applied to any cleaning required that is out of the ordinary. All dishes must be clean at check out. The hosts will perform a inspection once you are ready to leave the unit. Your damage deposit will be mailed to you within 2 weeks providing there are no cleaning or damage charges required.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
