This 2000 square foot house has it all!
As you walk in there is a huge island for the kitchen. The kitchen has all the best appliances including; coffee maker, microwave, toaster and dishwasher. Large dinning table seats eight and a living room. There is also a laundry room that leads to the garage. In the back there is a bedroom with a full bath. There is also a small deck in the back. Downstairs has a full bath, T.V. room with a sofa sleeper. There is a nice bedroom and a kids bedroom. Full walk-in closet for storage.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 50%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
